An invitation to wonder

Klondike Cabins is a secluded escape in the Yadkin Valley of North Carolina that offers a step back in time to find a slower, more present experience of togetherness and preserve connection with history, nature, and each other.

Intentional Nostalgia

These original 1920’s log cabins have stories and memories woven into each groove, each hearth, each piece of art. We listened to those stories to build a brand that honored the rich history of the property while adding modern elements that welcome today’s travelers.

Using the original logo from the property’s days as a dairy farm, we built a visual vernacular that balanced heritage and hospitality. Colors that invited guests deeper into nature, a modernized typeface inspired by the original logo, and a secondary logo system that allowed for a fresh identity on marketing and operating collateral.

Centering the three guest personas, we operationalized the brand from pre-arrival to departure to ensure the brand purpose of Preserving Connections was present at every point along their journey, breathing consideration and ease into the experience for the guests.
